After 12 years of practicing workers’ compensation law with large law firms, Greg Harbison launched The Harbison Law Firm, P.L.L.C. in 2010 for the sole purpose of representing injured workers according to his own values and standards. A Virginian since 1978, he has dedicated his life to bringing the best legal support as well as peace of mind to his fellow citizens in need of representation.
An active community member, Mr. Harbison belongs to the Shady Grove United Methodist Church and supports the United Way of Greater Richmond & Petersburg. He lives just outside of Richmond with his wife Brenda and two children.

Since 1998, Mr. Harbison has handled all types of worker’s compensation cases, from minor injuries to complex cases involving catastrophic injuries and death. Named in Virginia Rising Stars (2007, 2008, 2009, 2010), he also serves as the Legislative Chair for the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, where he advocates at the General Assembly on behalf of injured workers. A speaker and consultant for workers’ compensation law, he also serves on a committee which produces the Annual Workers’ Compensation Advanced Practice Retreat education program for other lawyers who represent injured workers.
Gregory Harbison graduated from the University of Virginia in 1993 with a degree in Economics. He graduated from Widener University School of Law in 1997 with honors where he served as Internal Managing Editor of the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law.
